Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for returns:

• Personalized items
• Final sale products

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at thainguyendunggz630@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout for your original order.

Refunds

We process returns within 1-3 business days after receipt. Once your return is inspected and approved, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation
